About the Product
An online booking and business process automation platform for companies in the service industry. Developed for the international market — the client is a foreign company from the UAE.

In the personal account, users can manage online bookings, create work schedules, launch campaigns, and collect reviews. The product is aimed at a broad audience and adapted to the needs of businesses in different countries.
My Role
n this project, I worked as the sole product designer. In addition to me, the team includes a brand designer who was responsible for developing the visual identity and the corporate website.
The service is currently in the testing phase with the first users. The product manager is collecting feedback for further improvement of the project.

Project Background
At the beginning of the project, I was provided with the results of user research (about 1,000 respondents) and the product’s CJM, which outlined key user needs and important interaction points with the service.
I also received key screens with a list of required tools that needed to be connected into a single, logical user flow.

n the personal account, the user can:— Send a message to a client via WhatsApp without leaving the application

— Launch a promotional campaign to selected contacts

— Book a client manually or send an online booking link

— Add and edit the list of provided services

— Configure the work schedule and the specialist’s profile
Registration and Contacts
After registering in the service, the user goes through initial onboarding and gets familiar with the main features of the application. Next, they are prompted to fill in the contact book — this can be done manually or automatically.
For automatic import, it is necessary to prepare a table with phone numbers and contact names and then upload it to the application.
Online Booking and Work Schedule
Main application features
The specialist can create a list of services provided during a specific period — this is especially convenient when seasonal services are available.

It is also possible to configure the schedule with a breakdown into convenient time slots:

Flexible schedule — the application automatically generates slots based on the duration of a specific procedure

Fixed schedule — each time slot has the same duration (for example, 60 minutes)

In addition, the specialist can create their own profile card by adding contacts, a description, and other important information.
Schedule for the Client
The specialist sends the client a link to online booking.

The client can review the list of services, choose a convenient time, leave their contact details, and, if necessary, make changes to the booking.
Campaigns
CampaignsCampaigns in the application are divided into two types: mass and individual.

Mass Campaign
This type of campaign is used to inform clients about promotions, new services, and other important events.

It is possible to set the number of contacts for sending, create message templates with placeholders (for example, a placeholder — client name), and schedule the exact sending time.

Individual Campaign
Used for appointment reminders. Such messages can be sent up to 5 times:
— immediately after booking

— one day before the visit

— 3 hours before the appointment

— 1 hour before the appointment

— after the service is completed
Settings
The application includes many settings, so here is a brief overview:

— In account settings, the user can edit personal data and profile parameters

The “Subscription” section displays all financial transactions. Since SMS notifications are paid separately, it is important to track the balance and top it up in a timely manner

— Settings also allow connecting WhatsApp integration and managing the pricing plan
